Rob did a great job. He was punctual, responsive, and honest about what stains may or may not come out. He cleaned one chair for free to make sure we wanted to do all of them (which we did, and we were pleased with the results).

Excellent service, and great communication. Do not hesitate to give Rob a call. One of my biggest pet peeves with any service provider is when someone doesn't return calls or messages. When I first called to inquire about service, I left a voicemail, and Rob returned my call within a few hours. He arrived a few minutes early and is very knowledgable about all things cleaning.
Then he took the time to go over everything and what to expect results-wise. We were very pleased with the results and the whole job experience. His commitment to service and customer satisfaction was exemplified the following day when he called to followup and make sure everything had dried ok and that we were pleased with the results. That's some first-class service that you don't see very often anymore. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future.

Rob, the owner, is professional and does a superb job and he uses only top-grade cleaning solutions so my house does not smell like chemicals after the carpets are cleaned. And there is not fake floral or other fragrance left behind which had previously deterred me from most carpet cleaning companies.
The other impressive thing is that due to no residue being left in the carpet, it stays clean longer and doesn't attract dirt as I have lighter-colored carpeting.
This is our third cleaning with Rob's company Fiber Clean since 2016. I originally found him on Angie's list, and I have been completely satisfied with the finished product each time. He takes extreme personal pride in his work, and we always feel like we are being well taken care of.
He has always way-exceeded our expectations. Lately, we have been fostering dogs and have a few pet urine stains that I couldn't remove myself. I hired a friend of a friend to do an interim cleaning, and it was way below what I had come to expect from Rob. A few months later, I knew that I had to get Rob back in to do the job right. He is a consummate professional, and was able to get us in on short notice right before we had company for Memorial Day Weekend.
My favorite types of businesses to work with are professional, qualified, owner operated companies – and Fiber Clean checks off everything on my list. Not only do I appreciate the workmanship performed - which is definitely above par - but to always know that my calls will be attended to, my appointments will be kept and on time, and my carpeting is being professionally cleaned by an owner who takes pride in his work and business, has kept me a loyal, long-time customer. Best thing about Rob is he is a really nice guy. Did a great job. Had about 750 sq feet. Carpet was in good condition. Six years old. He said we had taken good care of it. He was very prompt. Measured rooms off and gave me a price. I was happy with it and he went right to work. Would definitely call him again and would recommend.
